Ribbons

Our Monochrome and Color ribbons produce high quality images at lowest cost per card. Monochrome is the best choice for personalizing pre-printed cards that do not require colored elements such as images. Images and logos can be printed using color ribbons on single or double sided cards. These ribbons ensure varnish and maintain quality of images despite continued use of the printers.

Cards

PVC and Composite PVC Cards provide high performance and sharp images. The PVC cards made of PolyVinyl Chloride for long lifespan and are customizable. The smart cards include options of contact, contactless and magnetic striped cards. RFID smart cards allowread/write with enhanced read range and sensitivity.

Consumables for Mobility

AlisTech offers a wide range of roll labels for all models of printers. Labels can be customized in accordance to specifications when ordered in large quantities.

Thermal Transfer Labels

These labels are durable with high resolution images for on-demand printing. The labels are applicable to print durable asset tags, certification labels, compliance labels, lab specimens, circuit board manufacture, outdoor and cold storage. The labels come with extensive choice of adhesives to fit custom applications.

Direct Thermal Labels

Heat-sensitive media is used to print on the direct thermal labels. Elimination of the ribbon and ink makes these labels economical. The labels are widely used in shipping labels, event tickets, parking tickets, name tags, receipts and other such applications. The labels are not suitable for outdoor harsh environments.

Thermal Transfer Ribbons

The ribbons are tested for durability, consistency and reliability to meet all applications. The ribbons and labels with strong adhesive can withstand extreme temperatures.

Resin Ribbons

The ribbons are compatible with industrial printers and are made of two or more layers of resin materials. Printing at high energy levels it produces high quality images that are resistant to abrasion, heat, chemicals and other extreme environmental conditions. Most expensive of thermal ribbons, resin ribbons can be used for printing garment labels, polyesters, polyolefin, vinyl, warranty labels or others labels which are exposed to harsh conditions.

Wax Ribbons

The most economical ribbon is commonly used for applications such as shelf and bin, shipping, address, garments, price tickets, warehouse, retails tags and chemists. Wax ribbons have wax based substance in the colorant, hence provides softer image durability and is suitable on uncoated or matte coated surfaces.

Wax Resin Ribbons

The ribbons are recommended to be used to print on polypropylene labels and mid-range synthetic labels. A hybrid of wax and resin offers scratch resistance, best print quality and is smudge proof. It is applicable for asset tracking, medical devices, warehouse and harsh outdoor environments.

Wristbands

Positive patient identification and patient safety is crucial to clinical care. We have partnered with the leader, PDC to deliver the solution. Our wristbands are effective identification solution for accuracy and meet the regulatory guidelines of the National Patient Safety Goals of The Joint Commission.

The patient id wristbands enhance the success of quality care with features such as multiple closure options, compatibility, reliability, comfort, resistance to common fluids and antimicrobial coating.
